The seminar „India – A Ready Market for Swiss Environmental Technology SME’s“ about the potential of different environmental sectors in India – especially of the sectors water/ wastewater and waste management – for Swiss companies took place on a sunny Wednesday afternoon, the 18th of April between 16 and 19 pm at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland „FHNW“ in Windisch, Kanton Aargau.
Around 25 interested participants were attending the seminar in order to gain some useful insights and information from our five presenters, Mr. Patrick Bertschi (S-GE), Mr. Ashwin Merchant (former Swiss Business Hub India), Mrs. Sanjyot Joshi (IndStrat International Consultans LLP), Mr. Kai Zolleis (former CEO of SID SA) and Ms. Caroline Boeriis (BTO Solutions Schürch AG).
The presentations generated an intensive discussion about the opportunities of the market and the different strategies for a successful market entry. The exchange was then continued at the apéro, which was organized at the Campus Bar.
