Comparative Advantages for Swiss Providers through the TEPA Free Trade Agreement
In March, Switzerland (as an EFTA member) signed the Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA) with India. This gives Swiss providers comparative advantages over our competitors in the market. The timing is therefore ideal to introduce your products and services in India and to establish contacts with potential partners. To this end, Swissenviro, together with our cooperation partners, is organizing the Swiss Indian Environmental Technology Week from October 14th to 18th, 2024, which includes:
Fact-Finding Mission in Pune & Mumbai
In addition to meetings with plant operators, the focus on Monday in Pune will be a B2B matchmaking lunch with potential business and distribution partners at the Maratha Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture. On Tuesday, meetings with leading EPC contractors in Mumbai will take center stage.
Swiss Pavilion at IFAT India
Present your products and services at the Swiss Pavilion at IFAT India, the most important environmental technology trade fair in India. The advantage of the shared booth is that we take care of all the preparations, including Swiss catering, etc., allowing you to fully focus on your customers.
Side Events
As part of IFAT India, you will have the opportunity to showcase your products and services at the seminar panels. Additionally, you can participate in the seminar on the opportunities offered by TEPA. On Thursday evening, the Swiss Business Hub is organizing a dinner where you can meet Swiss companies active in India and relevant Indian companies.
